The renovation of the University of Tampa’s Cass Science Building consists of an 8,000 square foot addition to the multipurpose building made up of recreational facilities, classrooms, multipurpose rooms, and offices. The addition includes multiple laboratory spaces, a new entry, and supporting mechanical infrastructure improvements to the facility, resulting in a total of 70,484 sq ft.
