Saint Leo University asked our team for help with restoring the historic Berriman-Morgan Cigar Factory, and former Argosy University Campus, into their Downtown Tampa Education Center. The 3-story building was brought up to code and renovated to include new classrooms, administrative offices, and conference rooms for various departments.
