We worked with ICON Residential to create a contemporary vision for Orlando in the SoDo (South of Downtown) district. These townhomes foster a unique urban lifestyle with street side entries and garages on the ground level, main living spaces on the second level, and bedrooms on the third level.
Several 2-, 6-, and 7-unit buildings are situated across the street from shopping and dining that make this a walkable urban community. The buildings were designed to express the vertical nature of the homes through the exterior tower elements that contain each homes staircase. These elements are intersected by the individual protruding boxes of the bedrooms and living spaces, creating a distinct, rhythmic building facade.
