Mancini partnered with Sip & Dry Blowbar to create its second location in the trendy Water Street district of Tampa, FL. The 1,500 sf interior fit-out aimed to carry forward the aesthetic identity and customer experience from the existing location into this new space, all while adhering to a modest construction budget of $550,000.
The goal was to translate the brand’s personality and functional needs into a chic, welcoming environment reflective of Sip & Dry’s stylish reputation.
To meet the client’s vision while being mindful of costs, Mancini focused on strategic interior design moves that delivered visual impact without high construction complexity. We proposed thoughtful material selections, finishes, and layouts that embodied the brand’s upscale yet approachable look.
The result was a space that felt consistent with the original Sip & Dry identity, while tailored to the unique characteristics of the Tampa location.
The completed space reflects a cohesive brand image and fulfills the client’s original goals. The finished blow bar offers a high-end look and feel that aligns with Sip & Dry’s identity and provides a fresh, functional experience for customers in its new Tampa home.
