Build-out of NYPD Command Center in NYC

We are currently engaged to provide services for the upgrade and renovation of a 25,000-sf, five-story building to bring it in line with New York Police Department and NYC DACA requirements. Our scope of work includes bringing the building up to current code compliance with FDNY and ADA requirements, new central command station, offices, work rooms, armory, locker rooms, pantries and break rooms.

Build-out of NYPD Bomb Squad Center in NYC

We are also currently engaged to provide services for the repositioning of an existing 6-story parking garage into NYPD Counter Terrorism Unit Special Operations Facility and training center located in Midtown Manhattan. The base building scope includes concrete slab patching, filling, leveling, and reinforcement; masonry wall repair, new windows, and roof replacement; and a new exit stair and enclosures. The interiors scope will include meeting and conference rooms; private offices and open workstations; lockers and showers; vehicle storage and maintenance; an indoor dog run and cages; and a robot training and obstacle course facility in the cellar.
