Federal Reserve Bank of New York Projects

Mancini has been providing on-call services for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (“FRBNY”) for the last 17 years, and completed over 100 projects totaling over 500,000 square feet at the Bank’s historic 33 Liberty Street location in New York City, and in East Rutherford (“EROC”) and Newark, New Jersey. This work has covered a wide variety of project types and services; some of the most notable assignments in the last three years has included the following:

     33 Liberty Street:

• Relocation of the Bank’s Legal Group to a new floor
• Renovation of the Bank’s 4th floor
• Renovation of the Bank’s Property Management group located on the C and D levels
• Replacement of trucking bollards
• Repair of checkpoint booth
• Programming and stack for the Bank’s Tech Group
• Replacement of UPS systems and associated components
• Sprinkler and safety upgrades to existing firing range
• Restroom feasibility study and renovations

     33 Maiden Lane:

• Upgrades to emergency power system controls

     East Rutherford, NJ:

• Reconfiguration of the 1st floor Law Enforcement Unit space
• Replacement of UPS systems and associated components
• Replacement of existing cash processing equipment

     Newark, NJ:

• 6th floor full-floor office fit-for the Office of Employee Benefits
