We were selected to design Everest Largo, an 85-unit workforce housing apartment complex in Largo, FL. Located on a prominent corner, it was important to the city that the design concept was something that fit into the existing fabric of the street facade.
Our team worked with the developer team to design two 3-story buildings and a clubhouse totaling 109,500 SF. The two buildings house a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, with a total of 85 units. The clubhouse houses resident amenities such as the fitness center, business center, kitchen, leasing office, and pool deck.
