WCI, a luxury division of Lennar, requested our expertise to master plan and design a gated townhome community in the Westshore Marina District. The marina district is a new waterfront development in South Tampa — a community designed for convenient living with access to two major downtown areas within a six-mile radius.
Situated just off of Old Tampa Bay, Inlet Shores townhomes provides residents with water-inspired living with the convenience of several new shopping, dining, and recreation options. In addition to the entertainment options, the community houses amenities for residents to enjoy, including public waterfront, parks, private boardwalk, resort-style pool, and fire pit for entertaining.
The community offers three- and four-story plan options ranging from 2,100-2,600 SF. Our team dispersed these plans among a variety of building types in order to fit the needs of the site – including 3-, 4-, 6-, and 8-unit buildings. The open concept plans provide between three and four bedrooms with three-and-a-half bathrooms. Four-story residents enjoy a private elevator and a covered rooftop deck with views of the Bay.
