We worked with Cardinal Point Management to renovate the façade of this existing shopping center in beautiful Belleair, Florida. The rundown 45,413 SF center needed a facelift and extension. However, there was a challenge as all of the existing business tenants in the shopping center remained occupied and open for business during construction. The renovation included a 2,566 SF addition of canvas covered walkways, parapet walls for signage, asphalt shingle roof, and exterior paint selection.
