Tulfra Realty Storage Project

Avison Young, on behalf of Tulfra, awarded Mancini full architectural design services to build a ground-up, four ‑story self-storage facility in New Jersey. The 113,000‑square‑foot facility Rochelle Park. In our concept design and site plan package submitted to the town, we incorporated both the interior and exterior standards of a self-storage operator. After the town approved our work, Tulfra found a new operator for the building. We subsequently revised the proposed finishes to match the operator’s color palette, and have submitted an amendment to the planning board so they can approve the exterior building finishes.
