Rutgers’ Levine Hall

Piscataway, NJ

Located on the Rutgers Busch Campus in Piscataway, this molecular and cellular pharmacology laboratory was designed for a single primary investigator and her team of six graduate students.

Rutgers’ Pharmacology Laboratory Layout

The lab is efficiently organized into zones to provide two central benches, a dry work area along the windows, and an interior wall of equipment including fume hoods, freezers, refrigerators and incubators. A dedicated negative-pressure tissue culture room provides a separate work area for the study of various drug transporters and their applications to drug therapy.

Construction was completed in 2017, and is the third in a series of pharmaceutical lab renovations that the firm has designed in this same building.
