Quinlan Self-Storage
Mancini was hired by Quinlan Development to incorporate newly acquired land into an existing site plan application. The additional land purchased by them would allow the expansion of the building footprint and therefore increase the size of the final facility to maximize revenue. After completing the modification to the existing site plan, we worked with them to redesign the facility. We carefully ironed out the new size of the building, worked through the unit mix and counts, and helped them maximize the proforma of the building.
