Focusing on Family Medical and Dental Services, we provided full A/E services for the fit-out of a long-term leased building. The new Rambam Family Health Center construction includes a total of 26 exam rooms, of which four will be dedicated for behavioral health, four for Pediatrics, nine for Adult Medicine/Specialty Care, two for eye exams, one for eye therapy, and six for dental exams.
Exam rooms are strategically positioned to allow for flexing up or down in services used. Support spaces include a waiting/reception area, M.A./nurse station, patient & MD consult rooms, medical and administrative staff offices and work areas, med distribution room, blood draw/lab, clean and soiled utility, storage, toilets, staff lounge/lockers. The center itself is located at ground level with convenient front door drop off and easy sidewalk community accessibility. The dental services suite area is designed with a second, separate walk-in street entrance for off-hours openings and adults with disabilities.
