Old River Road Development Project

Mancini recently obtained approvals for a new mixed‑use development at 163 River Road in Edgewater, New Jersey, on behalf of GPI Engineers & Builders. The project encompasses a retail and parking podium with 411 spots, a residential tower with 153 units and a hotel tower with 119 keys.

Mancini is leading the design effort, leading the full consultant team of engineers. The project, which obtained approvals in July 2021, activates an existing site as a mixed‑use development in this active New Jersey town. The hotel and multi‑family residential towers share a common podium, a mid‑level green roof park area, and rooftop amenities, including a pool deck and public restaurant. The new development totals more than 586,000 gross square feet.
