Novartis Project

Mancini is providing services to the extended lab conversions and renovations for Novartis Americas and Gyroscope, in King of Prussia, PA. The Gyroscope entity focuses on ocular gene therapies. A recent Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) internal audit identified improvements to be made to their engineering lab and surgical lab spaces.

The 3,000-sf project includes the expansion of laboratory, and the reconfiguration of office/conference rooms/workstation areas within the 4th floor of the noted location. The project intends to expand two existing laboratory rooms, reconfiguration, and reduction of workstations, expanding and adding conference, open meeting, and collaboration spaces, along with coordination of MEP services supporting noted spaces.
