Morgan Stanley Project Objectives

We’ve enjoyed a long-term relationship with Morgan Stanley that’s the fruit of a master services agreement for architectural and interior design services that’s been renewed on a regular basis. Since 2015, our work has covered over 268,000 sf of interiors in six New York City locations alone, along with additional work in locations throughout the northeast United States.

At the heart of our engagement have been projects under a company-wide initiative bringing their Wealth Management facilities on par with their clients’ expectations for service and the demands of a 21st century workplace. Under this initiative, we’re upgrading aesthetics and technology, adding meeting and amenity spaces, and improving the client experience overall.

As part of this ongoing work, we are currently engaged in a 30,000-sf office refurbishment project for one of their prime Wealth Management locations in New York City.
