New York know at the Montefiore Medical Group (MMG). MMG is preparing to construct and operate this extension facility to support their ongoing mission as a provider of high-quality, culturally competent health care services to underserved individuals via construction of a new multi-specialty practice space consisting of Family/Adult Health, Pediatrics and Specialties.

The proposed new construction will include a total of 8 exam rooms for Pediatrics, 11 exam rooms for Adult Medicine, and 5 exam rooms for Specialty Care. Support spaces include waiting/reception area, staff work core area, medical and administrative staff offices and other work areas, as well as medicine distribution room, blood draw area and blood analysis lab, clean and soiled utility, storage, toilets, staff lounge/lockers.
