CTI Project

With this multi-part, multi-faceted, and multi-phased project, we’re revamping the operational spaces of multiple airlines at one of the busiest airports in the nation.

LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP) is the private organization selected by the State of New York and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey to handle operations at Terminal B. In 2016, LGP selected Mancini as the architect for its Consolidated Tenant Improvements (CTI) project, which encompasses the design of all operational spaces for American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, Jet Blue, and Air Canada. These operational spaces include aircraft maintenance rooms, stock rooms, pilot and flight attendant lounges, and other employee spaces.

This 110,000-sf multi-phased project, scheduled to be complete in 2021, requires the coordination between multiple parties, including LGP, the Port Authority, the individual airlines, and the base building architect HOK.
