Lackland Self Storage Projects

We’ve been working with Lackland for close to fifteen years on ground-up self-storage company projects throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In 2006, our firm provided full architectural design services for a Lackland self storage facility in West Deptford, New Jersey. The new facility is made up of two standalone buildings totaling 87,000 square feet. Each of the Lackland self storage facilities is made up of small interior storage units of varying sizes, each of the storage units is climate controlled and equipped with sprinkler systems. Each of the buildings required the implementation of the Lackland brand within the interior and exterior. We provided services for modifications to the existing site layout to accommodate the new buildings. Later, we provided similar services for facilities in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania and Piscataway, New Jersey.

In 2013, Mancini provided Lackland provided schematic design, contract documents, and contract administration services towards a new 3-story 120,000 sf self storage building along with a new single-story 1,500 sf office building (with the appearance of being a 2-story building) at 635 North Midland Avenue, Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

In 2016, Mancini provided Lackland with schematic design, contract documents, and contract administration services towards a new 4-story 116,744-square-foot self-storage building at 196 Piaget Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey.
