Originally built in the 1960’s, the Island Way Towers have undergone a complete transformation to become one of Clearwater’s most unique condominium buildings. At 8 stories tall, it has excellent views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterways.
Every single element of the structure was renovated. 88 apartment units were converted into 47 luxury condominiums. We not only provided full architectural services for the project, but we also provided visualization as well as branding in the form of the wave element constructed and attached to the main entrance tower. DSA then developed a logo and theme, based on the wave, for the building owner to market the building to potential homeowners. The project size is approximately 102,250 SF.
