Our firm was asked to design a new twenty-nine story apartment building for a developer on one of the highest points of Manhattan. Each floor of the building contains from four to eight apartments equipped with all amenities needed for the modern family.
The building is concrete frame with a mixed glass facade on the top eight floors and largely masonry exterior walls on the lower floors. Each apartment has spectacular views of the adjacent park, river, and the city. The project is approximately 164,000 sf (29 stories).
