This new commercial building in Brooklyn will feature a 20 foot high retail ground floor with a gracious public friendly plaza, which also acts as the entrance to the building. Each of the upper floors of the 11 story building will have 16’ floor to floor height and each floor will have their own unique outdoor space. The 150,000 sq ft building will command unobstructed views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. The exterior shell will have a skin of precast stone panels with windows floor to ceiling; some appearing to be double height due to the undulating design of the exterior envelope. The site will provide full underground parking.
