Columbia University Fertility Center

New York, NY

Columbia University’s 7,500-sf Fertility Center is comprised of two areas. One is used for weekly patient testing and visits, with a main waiting/reception area, a blood-draw room, exam rooms, and efficient testing and monitoring suite. The other area consists of the main procedure room, patient recovery rooms, and the adjacent andrology, media prep and cryogenic storage work rooms.

Our firm worked side by side with Columbia’s lab consultants to maintain the most stringent of pressurization and sterility requirements. In the cryogenic storage rooms, samples are frozen via liquid nitrogen supply. The center includes a full micro manipulation lab, and an all-encompassing procedure suite for egg extraction, the implantation of fertilized embryo, and recovery.
