2100 Wilton Drive Design

Mancini designed a range of assisted living facilities that coordinate a range of supportive services available on a 24-hour basis to meet the activities of daily living, health, and social needs of residents. Mancini’s design emphasizes choice, dignity, privacy, individuality and independence, with all units featuring kitchenettes and flexible floorplans.

At 2100 Wilton Drive, Mancini designed a four story building with retail space on the ground floor for restaurants and shops and apartments above. Some units and shared spaces feature outdoor terraces with louvred screens that provide privacy and accessibility to abundant sunshine. The modern building houses everything seniors need for round-the-clock care and independent living.
