The most dramatic change to the lobby was replacing the existing thickly framed glass storefront with an 18’ x 100’ structural glazed glass wall along Market Street that allows much greater visibility and opens up the lobby to the street. In addition, we created a feature wall the same size of the entrance with fumed larch wood panels and highlighted with lighting that continues into the two flanking elevator lobbies.

Each elevator lobby has back painted glass walls on its walls with the elevators and another feature stone wall on the back wall. A new light colored patterned terrazzo floor replaced the dark granite floor. A large new stone desk cantilevered on both sides centers the large 100’ x 100’ lobby.
