Gertler and Wente was commissioned to provide full architectural services for the adaptive reuse of an existing 1940’s industrial building into a charter school serving K-8th grades. The footprint of the existing construction is approximately 31,300 sf. The Project includes a library, arts room, science room, computer lab, cafeteria, administration offices and twenty-eight classrooms.
