Situated within a classic transit village, Saxum’s 14 Lincoln Place is located directly across the street from Madison, New Jersey’s iconic train station. At four stories above grade and one parking level below grade, our design of the proposed 24-unit apartment building reinterprets how a contemporary building comfortably blends within its historic downtown of diverse structures. Taking advantage of a sloping site, the parking is maintained below grade. This setting provides for generous retail space and two small movie theaters on the first floor.
