Describe Mancini’s company culture in one word?

Inspirational

What kind of projects do you want to work on (or technology you want to use) in the future?

At some point, I would like to get involved in more industrial projects, such as power plants/ biofuel facilities.

What do you hope to see in the future in the world of architecture and design?

I believe that architecture and architects have the potential to truly transform the world we’re living in for the better, not only for the clients or end-users.

When did you know you wanted to be an architect/designer?

In High School, I was convinced I wanted to either be an economist or a lawyer, but I had a Public Speaking professor who suggested I take his architecture course. I discovered I had a bit of a knack for it and fell in love with the design process when I went to college.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

There are things in life you have control over and things in life that you don’t. What you can control in those situations, is how you react.
