Predrag Petric, RA

Associate, Senior Project Manager | Project Architect

Where were you born?

I was born in Valjevo, western Serbia, a small town with a vibrant atmosphere, friendly people, rich local history, and excellent food.

What do you hope to see in the future in the world of architecture and design?

Less grandiose and more of the human scale approach to architectural design, simplistic yet intelligent and sustainable solutions.

What’s something you’d still love to learn?

I would like to learn salsa dancing.

When did you know you wanted to be an architect/designer?

My drawings were not good enough for art school, so I ventured into architecture. Kidding aside, I’ve admired art and architecture from an early age. Early impressions of towns, people, and culture from my family trips around Europe made a mark strong enough to initiate my interests in design.

Who inspires you the most in your field?

Mies van der Rohe and Rem Koolhaas
