Describe Mancini’s company culture in one word?
Innovative.
What do you hope to see in the future in the world of architecture and design?
I hope the future of design places a stronger emphasis on longevity over trend-driven approaches. While trends can bring fresh ideas, they often prioritize short-term appeal over lasting value. There’s something powerful about design that improves with age! I’d like to see innovation balanced with restraint, creating work that enhances the long-term experience of people and place rather than simply reflecting the moment.
When did you know you wanted to be an architect/designer?
When I was younger, I used my brothers’ Legos to build houses, focusing on floor plans and furniture layouts. That’s where my interest in design first began!
