What are some of the projects you’re working on?

I’m focused on making sure everything from team structures to workflows align seamlessly, so we can operate more efficiently and collaboratively across both companies.

What kind of projects do you want to work on  (or technology you want to use)  in the future?

I’d love to focus on projects that streamline workflows for our clients and our team. Ultimately, I want to help the team focus on designing great buildings, not chasing budgets.

What do you hope to see in the future in the world of architecture and design?

I would like to see more tech-driven designs that push creativity and make buildings smarter, and more people-focused.

When did you know you wanted to be an architect/designer? (Or whatever you are, if you’re not an architect/designer!)

Being a COO isn’t something you dream about as a kid, but I’ve always loved organizing, finding smarter—not harder—ways to get things done, and solving complex problems. Over time, that grew into a passion for building systems, empowering teams, and keeping everything running smoothly to drive the bigger picture forward.

What is something you collect?

I collect technology artifacts that showcase the evolution of computing and personal tech. My collection includes items like punch cards, floppy disks of different sizes, CDs, DVDs, and early-generation iPhones.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

You can always work harder. Never Give Up.

What is your favorite hobby?

One of my favorite things to do is hiking in the early spring or anytime in the fall.

Who inspires you the most in your field?

I have been inspired by people like Stephen Covey, Patrick Lencioni, and Gino Wickman, whose philosophies and business frameworks have helped to shape how I approach my role.

Do you have any hidden talents?

I wouldn’t say I have any hidden talents, but I bet I can skip rocks better than you!

Any other interesting fact about you?

I was born on Friday the 13th, my Mother was born on Friday the 13th, and my Father was born on Friday the 13th. I am the 13th Grandchild born on my father’s side. And as a side fact, they were thinking about me when the calendar was created.  J (Jun), A (Aug), S (Sep), O (Oct), N (Nov), D (Dec)
