What do you hope to see in the future in the world of architecture and design?
I hope to see more built projects using bio-materials. Specifically, I want to see how architecture can be treated as a more cyclical practice that can help ecologies sustain and grow!
When did you know you wanted to be an architect/designer?
Both my parents are architects so I realized early on, around middle school. Before that I wanted to be a chef/princess.
What is something you collect?
Leaves!
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Comparison is the thief of joy. It helps me stay confident in my abilities and choices.
What is your favorite hobby?
Playing Sims and collecting leaves.
Who inspires you the most in your field?
Lina Bo Bardi, her work and modes of designing inspires me because she always incorporates ways for her design to give back to the communities she works with.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I used to be a florist so I have some skills in bouquet making.
Any other interesting fact about you?
I love astrology and I love to pretend I understand it.
