Our firm provided full architectural and interior design services for this new 5-story 62,000-sf administrative, faculty, and classroom building for Rutgers University’s Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. The project includes two 100-person ‘smart’ classrooms, a computer lab, mental-health lab, library, faculty offices and conference rooms. The project consolidates eight distinct departments currently spread across the Rutgers campus allowing for greater space efficiency through shared facilities and increased collaboration and communication among departments.
