Working with Howard Hughes, we are leading the charge on transforming Pier 17 into a destination experience, bridging together hospitality, food and beverage, retail, and support functions.
The ground floor space, known as Saint‑Tropez, brings together several food and beverage options. Mancini worked with RockwellGroup to design a custom hydraulic door system that will allow Saint Tropez to be an open‑air space during warmer months and an enclosed space during colder months. The complex system, completely custom designed, was built off‑site and assembled at the Pier. The Street is a food and beverage hall within the ground‑floor space, designed by Roman & Williams, that provides several seated restaurants, bars, and retail opportunities to fully activate the Pier. With the space enclosed as part of the St. Tropez effort, it can remain active year‑round.
