Hudson Collaborative

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, the 10th floor of 3 Second Street has been transformed into a premier amenity coworking space that offers a unique blend of functionality and luxury.

Mancini thoughtfully designed this 13,450 sf project to cater to the needs of modern tenants, providing an open lounge area, a vibrant food market space, a versatile training center, and premiere office suites available for leasing.

The design embraces the breathtaking waterfront views, creating a private, boutique hotel-like atmosphere that enhances the tenant experience. Every detail has been carefully considered to blur the boundaries between openness and privacy, ensuring a space that feels both expansive and intimate. Custom millwork, crafted from a rich palette of materials, is complemented by sophisticated lighting effects, with standout features like the operable wood slat wall and intricate rope detailing between banquette seats.

Angular shapes, inspired by the building’s architecture, are woven throughout the design, creating a cohesive aesthetic that mirrors the structure itself. The darker color scheme within the space contrasts beautifully with the bright, expansive exterior views, adding a touch of hospitality-driven elegance while drawing attention to the stunning water views.

The project’s overarching goal was to seamlessly integrate coworking, hospitality, and retail into a single, cohesive space. Despite the compact footprint, the design maximizes the end-user experience, offering an elevated commercial environment that welcomes employees back to the office in the post-COVID era.
