We recently designed a new ground‑up multi‑family residential building for the Caerus Group. Originally designed to be a dormitory, the new eight‑story building will feature 115,000 square feet of quality residential unites, some of these unites will be set aside to provide affordable independent residences for seniors. Originally the site of the Wadsworth Avenue Baptist Church, the project will feature replacement facilities for the Church’s congregation on the ground floor, alongside recreation and amenity spaces for the residents.
