Mancini Duffy’s CFO and Co-owner Bolanle Williams-Olley launches her first book this month titled Build Boldly: Chart Your Unique Career Path and Lead with Courage. It’s a playbook for success for people ready to take bold, intentional steps in their careers, for people looking to change their path, and for leaders who are looking to change the path for others.
“I looked at themes throughout my life, and moments of real growth came from when I took BOLD action,” explains Williams-Olley. “And although I am still mid-career, I feel ready to share the identified themes and practices that have gotten me to where I am now as Mancini’s CFO and coowner, leader, philanthropist, and now, author.”
Since joining Mancini in 2017, Williams-Olley has set a new standard of expectations for financial professionals. As CFO, Bolanle brings a unique vision to the firm’s leadership team and ensures that Accounting isn’t an overlooked department but a critical, strategic part of the team.

In addition to her C-suite role, she is also a mom of two and a dynamic leader in the built industry as the founder of several impact organizations for improving education at a low-income school in Nigeria (where she was raised), empowering women in the A/E/C industry and at small design firms, as well as creating awareness about NGOs across Nigeria.
