Where were you born?

Kyiv, Ukraine

Where is your favorite travel destination?

My favorite travel destination is Rome, Italy because I love its rich history, beautiful architecture, and amazing food. Next on my list is Singapore since it’s modern, clean, and has an incredible mix of cultures and attractions.

What’s something you’d still love to learn?

I’d love to learn more about production design for films, how sets are created to bring entire worlds to life. Also, getting into animation, especially how visual storytelling is built frame by frame, sounds really exciting to me.

What do you hope to see in the future in the world of architecture and design?

Design that isn’t just functional, but layered, a little bold, and responsive to its environment, while still embracing new technologies and materials. Something that feels both futuristic and timeless at the same time.

When did you know you wanted to be an architect/designer?

I think it really clicked for me when I got into art school around the age of 13 or 14. That’s when I started thinking about how I could turn my love for art into something I could actually do every day, and architecture felt like the perfect way to combine creativity with something more tangible and lasting.

What is something you collect?

Postcards!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Start before you feel ready.

What is your favorite hobby?

I really enjoy a mix of creative and hands-on hobbies. I love going to the gym to stay active, building with Legos for a bit of playful engineering, and painting when I want to relax and express myself creatively.

Who inspires you the most in your field?

I am very inspired by Kelly Hoppen and what she has achieved working in interior design. She is an extremely smart, progressive, stylish, and fascinating woman.
