Why do you like to work at Mancini?

The transparency here makes me feel like I’m working with Mancini, not at Mancini. I like how our daily check-in meetings join different teams to achieve goals. I’m invested in everyone else’s goals as much as they are in mine.

Where is your favorite travel destination?

My favorite travel destination is not a place; it is people. I would enjoy hanging out in the park with the people I love more than taking selfies by the Eiffel Tower.

What’s the best thing about working at Mancini?

I believe Mancini has a vision that successful leaders are made if people are placed on the path they love within the architecture industry.

What are some of the Mancini projects you’re working on?

I’ve worked on a range of projects consisting of interior fit-outs, self-storage facilities, and airports. I’m excited about the next one – it’s confidential.
