Top Dog

When did you know you wanted to be Mancini’s top dog?

I knew at a young age, ever since I was rescued from Shake A Paw. My mom took me to work in the beginning until I was potty trained. I stayed at home for a while and decided that I’d rather be around my mom’s coworkers. When Aunt Dana asked my mom to bring me in every day—you know, as a stress-reliever—I knew it was the right place for me!

What’s the biggest highlight of your career?

It really makes me wag when different vendors come in and ask me to take pictures with their product. I’m def a model.

Do you have any hidden talents?

I know 75% of my toys by name. If my mom or dad ask me to get a specific toy, I’ll just go get it from my toy box!

What’s the best thing about working at Mancini?

You guys, the massages and back scratches here are paws down the best thing about this place.

What’s one accomplishment you’re really proud of?

I’m really proud of the number of hours I can sleep in one day.

What’s the most unusual item in your desk drawer?

I don’t have a desk but I do have two beds at work. You’ll find lots of hidden bones the UPS guy gives me. I save them for when I’m really hungry—the secret is to eat them when they’re stale. A good months-old bone is hard to pass up.
