University of Tampa McKay Hall

Tampa, FL

Originally Built on the University of Tampa campus in the 1960s with later addition we designed and permitted a renovation for this fast-tracked project within two months and construction was completed within three months. We provided schematic design, construction documentation, and contract administration services.

A total of 40,000 SF of McKay Hall was affected by the major renovation, with design and construction of certain building components occurring simultaneously. We provided all of the Schematic Design, Construction Documents, and Contract Administration. The scope of work included Architectural Services for full renovations to the building envelope and roof all new interior finishes and a small community room addition. The entire building was brought up to the current building code as well, due to the level of alterations.
