Prior Work

Jessica Mann-Amato has worked with Pernod Ricard for nearly 10 years, supporting their real estate needs throughout the United States and beyond. Prior to joining Mancini, she completed a renovation of their headquarters in New York City and, now while at Mancini, refreshed several spaces at their headquarters for today’s needs. Mancini also is currently working on projects to refresh their offices in Irvine, California, and a Distillery Clubhouse in Texas. Additionally, we are currently working on renovations for Corby Spirit & Wine in Toronto.

Pernod Ricard Current Project

Our recent work to renovate Pernod Ricard’s headquarters at 250 Park Avenue in New York City included creating an outstanding bar and lounge area that was a true centerpiece of the space while displaying the company’s core business: its spirits. Alongside the bar and lounge renovation, we also upgraded the elevator lobby, reception and hallway area on both floors, an employee pantry, and the restrooms.

Our work in Irvine includes a refresh of the workstations and collaborative spaces, encompassing more than 10,000 square feet of space, to create an elevated employee experience. In Toronto, we are renovating more than 23,500 square feet of space including opening interior offices and refreshing the space. And, in Texas, we are evaluating design options to create a new employee and guest experience.
