HSBC Bank USA is another of Mancini Duffy’s long-term relationships that has involved big projects and big responsibilities—we started working with the client in 1986, when it was still known as Marine Midland Bank. Large-scale work for HSBC has included a relocation of its American headquarters, begun in the late 1990s as part of the overall merger with Republic Bank; later, in 2007, we were engaged in a multi-year restack and consolidation of its New York metro facilities, covering 400,000 sf over eight locations.

Recent projects have been completed under a 2004 on-call agreement that’s been extended several times to the present day. Pictured here are executive offices we built out at their headquarters on 452 Fifth Avenue, the site of much of this on-call work. Our relationship has also extended beyond corporate offices, as we’ve also participated in a major retail roll-out and branding initiative that brought 25 branches to the tri-state area.
