This was an old sandwich shop that was completely renovated inside and out to incorporate a new Dunkin’ Donuts with the latest amenities. This store was designed with many energy-efficient features such as LED lighting, high efficiency a/c, a water cistern for landscape irrigation and solar panels on the roof for power.
