Winner of the Southeast Building Council’s Silver Aurora Award for Best Custom Home, this homeowner came to us with a vision of a coastal modern residence that could keep up with her social lifestyle. With those requirements, our team went to work designing this three-story, 5,000 square foot home that would rival the surrounding neighborhood.
The main floor of the residence was designed for entertaining, with a flowing open concept from the entry to the living room and kitchen, through to the game room and outdoor living space. A feature spot for a grand piano lies in the front entry, leading into the coffered ceiling which outlines the living room.
The back wall boasts full views to the outside, maximizing the residence’s waterfront location. On the third floor, the bedrooms open to a glass mezzanine that overlooks the main floor living space.
