BMS Dental Renovation

Brooklyn-based Brownsville Multi-Service Family Health Center is embarking on a renovation project with the intent of expanding its dental practice. A new dental suite at the 259 Bristol Street location will increase overall capacity and provide new dental service at this location. The total square footage of renovation work is 1,445 square feet.

This project will include a full gut renovation of an existing dental suite, previously in use by New York City DOHMH. The dental suite will be renovated with new finishes, lighting, equipment and furnishings, dental operatories and associated support spaces. The new suite will include a reception and waiting area, staff restroom, patient restroom, six operatories, office, break room, sterilization space and clean and soiled utility. An existing public restroom is located outside the suite within the first floor of the building, and is available for use by visitors to BMS Dental.
