A distinctive canopy gives especially a small lobby the desired presence on the street.

At 477 Madison we raised the height at the entrance to insert a sleek stainless steel canopy. White glass paneled walls between the two sets of vestibule doors emphasize the entrance into the new lobby. New stone floors, new lighter stone walls and a new, higher gypsum ceiling containing light strips evenly spaced and continuing down the back wall, evoke a larger space with more balanced proportions.

The new reception desk becomes the focal point of the new lobby; the cantilevered stone body with its sculptural qualities contains all new coordinated security, elevator, communication and fire alarm equipment.
