NAIOP New Jersey Names 40 Beechwood a Finalist
40 Beechwood Road, a building renovation and expansion project designed by Mancini, is a finalist for the 2020 NAIOP New Jersey Commercial Real Estate Awards. The property, owned by Saxum Real Estate, was completed as part of a deal between Saxum Real Estate and long-time client Energy Capital Partners. Mancini partnered with both the building owner and future end-user tenant to design the building’s complete renovation and expansion. The deal moves Energy Capital Partners’ headquarters to downtown Summit, New Jersey, and brings a formerly vacant property back to life. The resulting trophy office building includes state-of-the-art systems, features and finishes, and incorporates advanced levels of energy efficiencies throughout the building.
