Senior Associate, Senior Project Architect

When did you know you wanted to be an architect/designer?

I took an interior design class early in high school and loved using the plastic furniture stencils to design different room layouts. The next semester I signed up for a drafting class and the rest is history.

Where is your favorite travel destination?

Ooh, this is a tough one! I recently took trips to Thailand, Portugal and Switzerland. Even though I loved them all I always want to explore new destinations.

What drew you to working here at Mancini?

The overall culture was very attractive, the work environment is great. I also appreciate the diversity of the projects Mancini works on, I’m glad to be on a great team.

Best advice you’ve ever received?

My dad used to always tell me, “Measure twice, cut once.” It used to really annoy me as a kid who was instinctually impulsive, but as an adult it reminds me to think things through before taking action.

What was your first computer—and what did you spend the most amount of time doing on it?

I had some massive Dell laptop that probably weighed 35lbs and I spent a ton of time playing Roller Coaster Tycoon and The Sims.
